The Tale of a Novice Writer
Tanya was her English teachers nightmare. ‘Great ideas but terrible spelling and sentence structure!’
All she could say is
‘What do you expect from a dyslexic epileptic?’
Doomed to travel the long road to writing Tanya spent 30 years in hospitality tourism and business development; studying human nature, its complexities and its characters. Always writing business documents and madly reading anything. Tanya’s mother encouraged her to attend a writing course. Her first novel flowed so easily. It was just like writing a script. the only problem was there was nothing else.
No landscape no character development. Knowing the characters within ones head does not bring them to life for a reader. Never the less their words were tumbling onto the keyboard and within 3 months her first story was there. Putting it aside Tanya underwent an number of basic writing, spelling and structure learning courses. since then Tanya has completed a new novel. The next trick is what to do with it?
Tanya is ready to write about the experiences she is about to face to get her story published. She hopes you enjoy her journey as much as she does.
